Named after the 2nd Earl Grey, British Prime Minister in the 1830s, it is now the most popular blend of tea in the world. Our blend is composed of tea from the top growing regions in Sri Lanka with the addition of Yunnan tea beautifully flavoured with naturally zingy bergamot oil.
Brewing Instructions:
– one teaspoon/cup
– 98 ̊C water temperature
– steep for approx. 3-5 mins
– can be enjoyed with or without milk
– may not be reinfused
