Our Returns Policy
In the unfortunate event that there is an issue with one of our products we will try our upmost to put things right.
If the item has been damaged in transit, please retain the item and the original packaging. Contact us by email to email@example.com with your order details and problem description and we will respond to arrange collection and replacement of the item.
If you are unsatisfied with the product delivered then please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we shall organise the return of the item and a refund of its cost.
To arrange a return, please let us know your reason for the return. We will, usually, organise a courier to collect the item at our expense within the first 14 days after purchase.
If you wish to cancel an order you have placed before arrival, please either call 01789 293 908 Mon-Sat between 9:30-17:00, Sun between 10:30-17:00 or email email@example.com so that we can try and stop the order before it has been sent, for a full refund of the item and the delivery cost.
If the item has been sent out, your request will be managed by our returns policy.
